Lucid Dreaming#
1. Why are Lucid dreaming cues not working?#
- Do Not Disturb (DND): Ensure the app is in your DND exception list.
- Watch Settings: Check that your watch isn’t in a mode that blocks vibrations (Bedtime/Theater mode).
- Placement: Ensure the phone’s microphone isn’t muffled by bedding.
2. Lucid cues keep waking me up completely#
- 👉 Fix: Reduce the volume slider or lower the repetition frequency in
Settings➔Sleep tracking➔Lucid dreaming. Try using wearable vibration instead of audio cues.
3. Phone and watch both vibrate during preview, but only watch at night#
This is intentional. The preview tests all hardware. During actual tracking, vibrations are routed exclusively to your wearable to keep alerts quiet and effective.
4. The default ringtone does not work for me#
- 👉 Fix: You can change the cue sound to something that works better for your subconscious. Go to
Settings➔Sleep tracking➔Lucid dreaming➔Sound. You can choose from built-in sounds or even use your own media files from your phone’s storage.
