Tabs home screen#
The Tabs home screen layout organizes the app’s primary features into easily accessible, swipeable tabs at the top of your screen.
You can fully customize which tabs are visible to match your daily routine. To keep your interface clean, any tab you choose to display on the home screen is automatically hidden from the Left ☰ menu. Note that the Alarms tab is essential and will always remain visible.
Smart Return: Sleep as Android remembers exactly where you left off. The next time you open the app, it will automatically display the last tab you were actively viewing.
Configuration Paths#
You can switch to the Tabs layout or customize your active tabs using either of these paths:
- Left ☰ menu → Home screen layout → Tabs
- Settings → Personalize → Home screen
Editing the tabs#
You can easily customize your tab layout to only show the features you need. The Alarms tab is always visible, but all others can be toggled using either method below:
- Method 1: Go to Settings → Personalize → Home screen, select Tabs, and tap Show tabs to toggle them.
- Method 2: Open the Left ☰ menu → Home screen layout → Tabs, and tap the pencil icon to quickly show or hide tabs.
Other Layout Options#
If the tabbed interface isn’t a perfect fit for your workflow, you can choose from our other home screen styles:
- Dashboard: A single, unified overview card layout.
- Alarms only mode: A minimalist interface dedicated strictly to managing your alarms.
