By using the Sleep as Android and SleepCloud services (the “Service”), you (the “User”) agree to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any guarantees regarding its functionality, availability, or the correctness of the data provided or stored.

You acknowledge and agree that the provider is not liable for any loss or damage caused by your use of the Service, including but not limited to the loss of user data.

3. Data Usage & Privacy#
