Ringtone / Sound issues#

1. Why didn’t my selected ringtone play?#

• File Issues: Ensure local files weren’t moved or deleted.
• Network/Radio: If an online stream fails, the app plays a built-in fallback ringtone after 30 seconds.
• Spotify: If the screen is locked, Spotify may resume your last session instead of switching playlists.

2. Why is my Silent Alarm playing a sound?#

• Battery Optimization: If vibration drivers are restricted, the app sounds a fallback ringtone to ensure you wake up. Disable battery optimizations.
• Direct Boot: If your phone restarted and is at the lock screen, the app cannot access custom files and uses a built-in fallback sound.
